3. Why we use your data, and on what legal basis

We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have specifically asked us to.

4. Who we share your data with

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone who does not need it to provide your transfer. We do share it with the following service providers:

  • The driver assigned to your transfer — name, pick-up and drop-off address, time and flight number, so they can collect you
  • PayPal (PayPal Europe S.à r.l.) — when you choose to pay online
  • Hostinger International Ltd. — our web hosting provider, where the website database is stored
  • Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics, Google Maps and reCAPTCHA, used on the booking and contact forms
  • Public authorities — only where we are required to do so by law

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area, particularly in the United States. Where that happens, the transfer is covered by the safeguards required under the GDPR, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.

5. How long we keep your data

  • Booking and contact data: for the duration of the service and for up to 12 months afterwards, so we can deal with any query or claim
  • Invoicing and accounting records: for the period required by Spanish tax law, currently 4 years, and up to 6 years for accounting purposes under the Commercial Code
  • Contact form messages: up to 12 months from the last communication
  • Analytics data: as set out in Google Analytics retention settings, currently 14 months

6. How we protect your data

The website uses an SSL certificate, so all information you send is encrypted in transit. Access to booking data is restricted to the owner of the business and to the driver assigned to each service. We keep our systems and software updated.

No system is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

7. Cookies

This website uses cookies — small files stored on your device.

  • Necessary cookies: required for the site and the booking form to work
  • Analytics cookies: Google Analytics, to understand how visitors use the site
  • Security cookies: Google reCAPTCHA, to protect the forms from automated abuse
  • Performance cookies: LiteSpeed Cache, to make pages load faster

You can block or delete cookies at any time through your browser settings. Blocking necessary cookies may stop the booking form from working correctly.

8. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to:

  • Access the personal data we hold about you
  • Rectify data that is inaccurate or incomplete
  • Erase your data, where we are no longer required to keep it
  • Restrict or object to our processing of your data
  • Portability — receive your data in a structured, commonly used format
  • Withdraw your consent at any time, where processing is based on consent

To exercise any of these rights, write to info@quesadatransfer.com stating which right you wish to exercise. We will reply within one month.

If you believe your data has not been handled correctly, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).

9. Third-party links

Our website may contain links to other sites, such as Google Maps or our social media profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we recommend reading their own policies.

10. Children

Our services are not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 14 years of age without the consent of a parent or guardian. Bookings that include children are made by the adult travelling with them.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page. Significant changes will be notified on the website.
